July 2016 Update

This isn't a prophetic word but simply an update of what has been going on with me since the last time I posted a word here. It has been well over a year since I last updated this website and after a while I began to wonder if I should discontinue the website as it does cost money. However when I would inquire of the Lord His answer to me was to leave the website up. For the past few days it has been in my heart to write this update; I admit I was wondering why I should since after being inactive for a year I couldn't imagine that anyone visited the website. I was stunned and blessed today when I logged in and found out that last month (June 2016) there were over 500 visits to this website from all over the world. The "average" visits per month is well over 300. I couldn't have imagined these numbers since I have never advertised this website except to a few close friends. I am very thankful that the Lord has used the website to encourage and bless others.
A lot has happened in the intervening year. I certainly have been blessed and faced trials and have grown in the Lord. I have updated the "About" page to reflect that I have completed Level's I and II of In Christ's Image Training and completed my first year at Renovate Tampa Bay School of Ministry. I have learned a lot about the Lord and how He is always speaking to us; but more importantly how much He truly loves us. I can honestly say that my increased understanding of the love of Jesus, both for me and others, has really changed the way I view His Word, His people, the lost in the world and especially myself.
The reason I have not updated the website is not that I have ceased hearing and seeing from the Lord; quite the opposite. The simple fact is nothing I have received in the past year was something that I was to share with "everyone"; it has been either for an individual or a small group. But I have reason to believe that will changing.
On June 20th of this year the Lord began to open up revelation to me. As I shared some of it with close friends it was pointed out to me that June 20th was the first day of summer or the beginning of a "new season". It was news to me as summer typically begins on the 21st or 22nd. Since that time I have been receiving a steady diet of revelation and instruction from the Lord. Unfortunately I am not able to share any of it at this time, however I can reveal that I am on the cusp of beginning a major project at the Lord's instruction and there will be fruit in "due season". That is precisely why the picture heading for this update is a fruit blossom.
